✨ Big News from Forty One Bakery ✨

After a long (and much-needed) hiatus, I’m so excited to share that bake days are coming back soon! 🥖💛

It’s been a season full of change, and blessings upon blessings from the Lord, and I’ve missed connecting with all of you so much. Thank you for your patience, your messages, and your endless support while I took time to rest, grow, and refocus.

Going forward, there will be a weekly menu featuring a Flavor of the Week, while Plain Sourdough will always remain a staple. To keep things fun (and avoid burnout 😅), I’ll only be offering one or two additional flavors each week.

I’ll also be limiting the number of orders each bake day to ensure quality and balance, so it’ll be first come, first serve!

Keep an eye out right here for the next bake day announcement — I can’t wait to fill your homes with the smell of fresh sourdough again.

I’m now taking Easter orders with pickup on Saturday, April 19.

Each bunny is $14, reflecting the extra time, care, and detail that goes into creating this festive loaf.

Testing out some festive flavors!

🍫 Peppermint Mocha: 100% cocoa, dye-free candy canes, & chocolate chips – like your favorite holiday latte in bread form! 😍

🍊 Cranberry Citrus: Cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, & white chocolate chips. 🍞🍊🍫 Note to self: gotta switch up how I incorporate those cranberries next time, but it’s still so delicious! 😋

My taste testers (aka my coworkers & Michael) gave both flavors a big thumbs up! ♥️ What’s your go-to holiday flavor? ⬇️
