Meet Basic Witch — a super chewy pumpkin cookie topped with crunchy brown sugar streusel and a drizzle of vanilla icing.

Basically, it’s pumpkin coffee cake that got tired of sitting on a plate and decided to become a cookie. And honestly? Good for her.

Maple, chai, espresso, and brown butter walked into a cookie and decided to ruin your self-control.

This soft, chewy maple cookie is loaded with cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, black pepper, and real espresso powder because apparently regular chai wasn’t caffeinated enough. Then we drizzle a thick, creamy brown butter icing that melts right into the cookie.

Warm. Spiced. Buttery. Caffeinated. Completely incapable of minding its own business.
