I want to take a second to thank the amazing city of Temple terrace for allowing me to make my dream a reality. If it wasnt for this little city being big on shopping small, I never would have made all these cakes and desserts. I never would have seen how far I could go with certain mediums and realized I'm capable of doing more than I thought. A baker is never done learning and I am far from being a master, but im grateful for all the opportunities and faith my customers have given me to make their sweets wishes come true. It has challenged and pushed me to make things I never thought I could and brought out a different creative side of me that I find so exciting. I've met so many wonderful people through my business and hearing the stories relating to your orders has been so cool and almost makes me feel like family. Thank you so much to everyone who has ever bought from me, shared a post of mine, or just spread the word to their family and friends. You're amazing Temple terrace and Im so lucky that this is where life lead me to lay my whisks down 😉❤️

Its been a while since I've done a ganache drip on a cake and oh the memories it brings 😁 I remember it being the first "fancy" design I could do to a cake and I felt so cool lol. I love my job ☺️❤️

Hey everyone! I'm set up here at gaspars on 56th right now and I'm selling some mother's Day sweets bouquets if anyone is interested. It's $25 and it comes with seven items total. It's a mix of cake pops and chocolate covered strawberries in a sweet little gold bucket. So my wish came true and I was able to do another fondant cake! This was my first ever fully covered fondant cake and I'm a big fan of toy story so this one was so much fun to work on! I want to thank the customer so much for ordering with me and giving me the creative freedom to make her sons first birthday cake ❤️

P.S. ignore my stove and the mess in the background of the pictures lol. It was after 9:00 p.m. when I finished this cake and I just wanted to snap a few pictures of it before it was delivered 😁 also ignore the sheen on the cakes. It dried a little later so it wasn't so streaky but I used it to polish and preserve the fondant to keep from drying out and cracking.

If anyone's interested in having a cake done soon, message me! Especially if it's fondant because now I love working with it 🤣
