Sometimes presentation has to take a back seat to make way for making memories. I had 3 special little helpers to help make these cupcakes for their daddy’s birthday. We made a rich chocolate cupcake, with a cool mint frosting, topped with some chocolate sauce and an Andes mint. We also added a little kicker with a squeezable shot of Baileys!
