Freshly baked, these loaves are used exclusively for our signature sandwiches. Due to their size (5 lbs), this loaf is often referred to as a Miche, but some folks only know them as “big boys.” Formal titles aside, they are a long standing staple for several of our popular sandwiches that we serve. A simple sourdough loaf made with only flour, water, and salt…and an enormous amount of care and attention.
