Raspberry Lemon Frangipane 👩‍🍳

It starts with a diamond of scratch made, hand laminated puff pastry dough. Then it’s baked with frangipane and lemon curd. Out of the oven it’s topped with my raspberry cake filling, icing, and fresh raspberries.

Yes, the frangipane, lemon curd, raspberry filling, and icing are all made from scratch too. (With real butter and real fruit!) You’re not going to find anything else like this around here.
