I spent 8 years working on this cookie.

I had a very specific idea of exactly what I wanted a brown butter triple chocolate chip cookie to taste like, look like, and feel like ā€” and I refused to leave it alone until I got there.
The ingredients are simple. The process is simple. But every single part of it is very specific.

And after 8 years of tweaking, testing, changing one tiny thing, changing it back, and probably thinking about chocolate chip cookies more than any reasonable person shouldā€¦

this is it.

So every weekend, I make exactly 36.

Because apparently part of choosing this silly little bakery life every day is spending 8 years perfecting a chocolate chip cookie and then getting up every weekend and making it all over again.

And Iā€™d still choose it. Every single time. šŸ¤Ž

The reality of owning a bakery:
Spend all day Saturday making money...
Spend all day Sunday giving it to the restaurant supply store.
The cycle continues.
At least Iā€™ll have enough butter to emotionally recover.

Yesā€¦ I can print on cookies.

And macarons.

Using edible printing, I can print company logos, wedding monograms, photos, inside jokes, or custom artwork directly onto sugar cookies and macarons.

Need a specific shape? I design and make my own cookie cutters, so if it doesnā€™t already exist, I can probably make it.
The examples at the end are just a small sample of whatā€™s possible.

Basically... if you can dream it up, Iā€™ll probably figure out how to put it on a cookie.

(You should probably order some. šŸ˜‰)
