Our last day at this location will be tomorrow Saturday, December 24th!!! We will be open today (yes, even with the snow) and tomorrow. So come stock up before we close for about 4 weeks to make the move to our new location.

Arlo and I are so thrilled to be celebrating 6 years of being a part of your families Thanksgiving feasts. We are stocked up on many different kinds of breads and pastries for your table.

Thank you! For a few weeks I’ve been holding onto 1st place and it’s all from the wonderful support of our customers and friends!

The top 10 comes in to a close this Thursday, then we have about two more weeks of voting left!

I am flattered and humbled by the support, but better yet, all proceeds go to a wonderful foundation for children! And no, the money won’t be for a Pony for Penny, but (another) much deserved check to our builders for their year of work so far. And yes, we are closing in on the end of the project!

Hey Friends!

We wanted to give you a heads up that the bakery will be closed next week (October 16-24) for a business trip.

We will re open with normal hours (Tuesday-Saturday 7-12:30pm) on Tuesday, October 25th.

Back after the day off! Specials this week include a part of summer, with a shoutout to the Fall season ahead 🍂🍁
Butter-roasted apple and crème croissants with cinnamon streusel for the sweet special.
Local Roma tomato and basil savory Danish with balsamic and a savory herb sauce.
Thursday special bread is a Aged Red Miso & Sesame Seed sourdough. Savory, rich and delicious with grilled or sautéed veggies.
Friday & Saturday is an Irish brown bread, using only bakery milled whole-grain wheat, local oats, buttermilk and some raisins. Perfect for all the jam you’ve been making 🍯🍓🫐

So much fun happening this week!

We are not taking our normal week off this year for Penny's birthday so we decided to make all of our personal favorites this week. There will be new specials EVERYDAY 🤪

Tuesday: Chestnut mushroom Savory Croissant and Chocolate Cherry Crunch Sweet Croissant.

Wednesday: Peanut Butter and Chocolate Croissants, and the Vegetarian Meatball Croissants.

Thursday: Coffee and Pecans Croissants, and the Vegetarian Meatball Croissants. The bread special is a whole grain oat bread, a soft and classic "sandwich bread".

Friday: By Penny's request we are making Bubble Gum flavored Croissants topped with rainbow Sprinkles! The Vegetarian meatball Croissants are available today as well. The bread special is a Cheddar, Chili, and Cornmeal Sourdough.

We will be closed Saturday August 20th to celebrate Penny's 3rd birthday 🥳

So come on in Tuesday-Friday 7-12:30 this week to get all your goodies.

Today only Arlo made a German bread leaded up with blue fenugreek and it smells amazing!

Friday and Saturday only we are bringing back the green olive sourdough 🎉👏🏽
