Sometimes you get to create. Sometimes you get to create for someone you love! This little girl’s mom and I have been friends since elementary school and we’ve been as close then as we are now. Story time

A year ago I decided to quit my 9/5 and focus on taking care of my son full time because he just wasn’t thriving. What they don’t tell you about working from home and taking care of toddlers especially a toddlersaurus like mine is that even though you’re working from home, that toddler still needs you when you are their only person they can rely on. Which makes working a 9/5 nearly impossible without breakdowns and extreme overstimulation.

So I quit, to make sure I could do what I do best and that was really pursue my dreams. I prayed for a sign and God really told me to lean on Him and so thats just what I’ve been doing.

And it’s been such a huge year for Maralicious Cakes. We successfully did two huge expos and a third one on the way in the fall, we had an opportunity to help sponsor something close to our heart, we’ve got teeshirts, business cards, stickers and signs now, we might even be at a certain “faire” near you soon, we did our first start to finish vlog, and just now, we just completely booked our entire summer.

I could not have done any of this without you all supporting us. I mean really supporting us. From the volunteers who are my family who help sticker every treat to coming with me to an expo. To the friends and clients who recommend me to their other friends and family. We could not have grown so far without all of you!

And we continue to grow because of you. Your shares your recommendations your continued support is how we grow.

It’s been a full year of prayer and faith that God has a Perfect plan for Maralicious Cakes. And we are soooo incredibly excited to soar.

Thank you for being the VERY BEST anyone could ask for in supporters. Heres to another year of joy and love through cakes and treats!
