what exactly is a scone? 🤔

think of it as a delicious cross between a biscuit and a muffin. buttery, tender, slightly crisp around the edges, and just sweet enough.

add sourdough to the mix and you get even more flavor.

if you grew up thinking scones were dry, crumbly and basically something you needed a gallon of coffee to swallow…give them another chance. BUT you should also have them with coffee because coffee is delicious! ☕️

can we just appreciate this beautiful loaf of bread that some lucky person gets to take home today?! i forgot to take a picture this morning but i dropped off more sandwich loaves and original sourdough. a few scones were also still available. tag me in your pictures if you pick something up. i love seeing what everyone gets!
