Farmstand Update

We will not be open tomorrow. We sincerely apologize for this.

Bear has been declining ever since the medication mix-up at the vet, when two medications that should not have been given together were prescribed. Thankfully, his vet is hopeful that he can overcome this with a good flush, a bland diet, lots of rest, and plenty of love.

Right now, he is getting spoiled with love, patience, and prayers. 🧡 Wednesday cannot come soon enough so he can finally get relief from his toe and have it officially biopsied.

I’ve been waking up every two hours to care for Bear and attend to his needs, so he is exhausted—and so am I. I’m incredibly thankful to have these days off work to catch up on sleep with him and give him the around-the-clock care he needs.

If all goes well with Bear’s surgery on Wednesday, we will try our best to do some baking while he is in surgery and hopefully have the farmstand stocked back up soon. 💛

Please continue to keep our sweet Bear in your prayers. 🙏🐾 And thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your love and understanding. ❤️

I’m so sorry I haven’t made an update in a little while! We’ve been working and also caring for Bear, so life has been a little crazy.

Bear recently had a medication mix-up at the vet where his pain medication and an anti-inflammatory were given together when they shouldn’t have been. Thankfully, he is okay, and we only gave him one dose before calling about his reaction. But he’s been very lethargic and just not quite himself. We’re hopeful that after his surgery and recovery, he’ll be back to his normal, happy self. 🙏🏻 🐾

We are SO incredibly thankful to say that we have raised $1,467 for Bear! 🧡 Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared, ordered from the farmstand, prayed for him, or simply checked in.

His surgery appointment is this Wednesday, the 19th! 🙏🐾

Please keep our boy in your prayers. We are so grateful for every single one of you and all the love you’ve shown Bear. 💛

$571 raised… and we’re getting closer because of YOU! ❤️

We are so thankful to everyone who has donated, placed an order, visited the farmstand, shared our posts, or prayed for Bear. Thanks to all of you, we’ve raised $571 toward his surgery.

We shared Bears story with The Golden Leash and they generously stepped in by organizing two raffles to help raise money for his surgery. Their kindness and support have been an incredible blessing.

Unfortunately, Bear’s condition hasn’t improved while we wait. His toe still bleeds when he plays or licks it, and he’s showing more signs that he’s uncomfortable. He’s nearly finished with his pain medication, so I’ll be contacting the vet tomorrow to see if they can help keep him comfortable until surgery.

The hardest part is watching him act like nothing is wrong. He still wants to play, eat, and be by our side, even though we know he’s hurting.

Please keep sharing his story. Buy a raffle ticket if you can. Stop by the farmstand. Place a preorder. Pray for him. Every dollar truly matters, and every share could reach the person who helps get Bear to surgery.
