This week’s bake is small but cozy — fresh bagels for the weekend and thick fudgy brownies for a little treat.

Apple Crisp Bagels are joining Friday’s Porch Drop 🍎🥯
Soft sourdough bagels with cozy apple-cinnamon flavor and a buttery oat crisp topping… basically apple crisp meets bagel, and I’m obsessed.
Toast it with butter, add cinnamon butter, drizzle with honey, pair it with coffee, or warm it up for a dessert-style treat. There’s really no wrong time to bagel. 🤎🥯

My sourdough bagels are homemade, small batch, boiled + baked, and have that soft chewy inside with a golden crust. They’re perfect toasted with cream cheese, turned into breakfast sandwiches and even lunch sandwiches, easy on the go lunch or breakfast for a busy morning or eaten fresh just as they are and the best part is they are gut healthy sourdough 🥰

I’ve been loving the idea of putting together a little weekend box with a mix of homemade goodies from The Tiny Porch Bakehouse 🐌 perfect for a slow morning, family breakfast, or a sweet little treat box to share🥰
