I'm so glad it's not as windy as they had predicted! I'm also glad that our predictions are much more accurate.

I predicted we would have bread and pastries today.

We do! Val predicted we'd have soup. We do! And...... our new espresso machine is hooked up and ready to brew! Delicioso!!!!

I can't believe it's almost the middle of October, and it's not even Octoberrrrrrr. I'll take it! This month's theme is costumy; steam punk, halloween, goth...whatever you want to have fun with. Not in to costumes, that's ok too. Just come have fun!

Hello lovely bakery peeps. It's been a long two weeks. If you were at last month's Mocktail Madness you know that we celebrated completing our second year in business! But that was last month. Tomorrow....drum roll please....Val is back! And it's fall. And Val + Fall = SOUP! Yes indeedy...soup. The clam chowder that has clams that you can find. And a lovely harvest veggie soup that has a much better name than that, which you can find out tomorrow. And, thankfully, Val's tuna steak tuna salad. Yum. Well, and of course, pastry and cookies. More catch up later, but this gal is tired and is going home...soon.
