Question 8 puts the future of Massachusetts’ legal adult-use industry on the ballot this November.
A NO vote keeps the regulated adult-use market in place, including the businesses, jobs, testing standards, labeling requirements and consumer protections that have been built around it.
As a Massachusetts small business that has grown alongside this industry, this issue hits close to home for us. Freshly Baked proudly stands with the businesses, employees, consumers and communities that make up the legal industry across the Commonwealth.
On November 3rd, vote NO on Question 8.
