POV: you stumble across a little neighborhood bread stand in Westchase 🥖🤍

Everything you see here was made from scratch in my home bakery — sourdough, bagels, focaccia, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal cream pies, granola + all the little extras that somehow turn into a VERY full baking week. 😂

There’s something so special about seeing the stand go from completely stocked to nearly empty. Thank you to everyone who continues to show up for Coastal Crumb & Co. 🤍

These are a little nostalgic for me. I loved oatmeal cream pies growing up, so getting to make my own homemade version feels extra special.

They also bring me back to my years working as a speech therapist. Oatmeal cream pies were always such a welcomed treat with my patients—and there’s something sweet about taking a childhood favorite that followed me into that chapter of my life and now making it from scratch for Coastal Crumb & Co.

Soft, chewy oatmeal cookies with a creamy, fluffy filling… just a little taste of nostalgia. 🤍
