Over 35 years ago, Anastasia took her very first Wilton Cake decorating class and she was hooked from the start. Over the years she has expanded from simply baking and decorating cakes to becoming an instructor.

Anastasia is available to provide Baking and Cake Artistry classes for private parties, group classes as well one on one private classes. Recently a bride traveled from the east coast over several weeks to learn and master the art, to accomplish creating and making her own wedding cake. Her natural talent in teaching the art is unique in enhancing their creativity students become more confident in themselves, giving them the opportunity to develop a life-long love for the art of baking and Cake designing removing the mystery out of the baking.
