Today I had the honor of making this Snorlax cake for my favorite 9 year old's birthday!! His favorite pokemon is Snorlax and he was amazed by his cake. He wanted to put it into a museum, until he realized that he wouldn't be able to eat it. 😂

Saturdays are for celebrations. I cannot believe that is old enough to graduate high school. I remember her fondly in her younger years like it was yesterday!! I was honored to make her graduation cake (completely keto) and join her in the celebration!!

This week I have Spooky S'mores Cupcakes (chocolate cupcakes with a graham cracker crust topped with homemade toasted marshmallow and a piece of Graham cracker and chocolate), Halloween Creamsicle Cupcakes (Orange Creamsicle cupcakes topped with orange vanilla frosting and a candy ghost) and Spider Web Krispie Treats (cocoa pebble krispie treats covered with marshmallow web and topped with gummy spider).
