PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY A DEPOSIT OR PAY IN FULL WHEN YOU REQUEST AN INVOICE NO PAYMENT/DEPOSIT, NO ORDER! Please do not request an invoice if you are not ready to make a payment/deposit. Deposits:
* 60% deposit is REQUIRED for all orders over $100, any order LESS THAN $100 (before tax) must be PAID IN FULL.
* All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-T
RANSFERRABLE. Deposits are Final. I have the right to cancel a contract if I feel the conditions have become disrespectful and unbearable. In that case the deposit is STILL nonrefundable due to the fact that it would be the fault of the customer that the contract was cancelled.
*If full payment is made on bartending services and terms change on the customers end the contract can be cancelled but a 50% deposit will be kept due to the fact that it is not my fault.
* Payment must be paid within 24 hours from invoice issuance, failure to submit payment will cancel your order and ONLY 1 other invoice may be issued at our discretion. A $20 RUSH FEE will be added to all orders that are placed 10 days or less prior to your event. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
* Order balance must be PAID IN FULL 1 week prior to scheduled pickup or delivery.
* ALL UNPAID ORDERS WILL BE CANCELED.
*Orders can be changed up to 2 weeks before order is due (except last min orders). Changes may cause a change in prices. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO ORDERS ONCE THE ORDER IS DUE IN 2 WEEKS
Fees:
Delivery requires an additional fee (Minimum $20) although is not offered depending on availability. Delivery rate is $1.25 per mile. This fee must be paid at the time the order is placed. We ask that you adhere to the agreed scheduled pickup time. A $10 late fee will be placed on late pick up orders. We understand that emergencies do occur. We ask that you call and let us know as soon as possible. In most cases, a pick up time can be rescheduled. (Rescheduling in contingent upon other orders due that day)
If the conditions of the treats, cake, etc. is compromised due to late pick up and/or no communication, Niq-Liq’s Sweet Treats is not responsible, and this may result in a cancellation. Cancellations: You can cancel your order at any time for any reason. At that time, the contract will be null and void, and your deposit/payment is forfeited. Picking up your order:
If you choose to pick up your order, then it is best if you have a clean, flat surface to place your treats, cake, etc. on while driving. We also recommend keeping the air conditioning on while driving. Most items are heat sensitive. Vehicles such as vans, SUVs, hatchback, where the seats fold so that the air may circulate into the trunk are ideal for transporting your order. If you are in a car, then the floor is more ideal than the seat. Some cakes may be too large or shaped irregularly, and may be unable to fit into a cake box. They should be handled with special care to protect them. Caring for your product:
We recommend that cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, fruit, anything covered with chocolate or icing be displayed no more than one hour before serving. These products are heat sensitive so if displayed for a long period of time, the integrity of the products may be compromised. Products needing refrigeration will be discussed upon pickup or delivery. Items are best served at room temperature. ALLERGENS: ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN A KITCHEN THAT MAY COME IN CONTACT WITH PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SOY, GLUTEN, EGGS, WHEAT, AND OTHER ALLERGENS
Please let me know of any allergies in advance. I will do my best to ensure the safety of the products. However, there is NO GUARANTEE that the product used in your creation has not come in contact with allergens. Once purchased treats etc. are delivered or picked up Niq-Liq’s Sweet Treats is NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE! Payment of the invoice is acceptance of these terms and additional notes. In the event of a natural disaster (Severe storm, hurricane, tropical storm etc.) if we are unable to cater the order on the booked date and we are unable to come to a conclusion on a reschedule date, the order will cancel and payment is voided. (Deposit and all) We are not and cannot be held responsible for such incidents that are beyond our control. We will do our best to work with you and find a better suited date but we do not work in harsh conditions especially if it causes a power outage, lack of supplies etc. We thank you for choosing Niq-Liq's sweet treats.
