Here's one of my cheesecakes I made. Traditional new York cheesecake with half strawberry's with a chocolate ganache I piped over them, with a strawberry compote poured around strawberry's.
What do you think?
I think it looks mouthwatering

Hey guys! I have recently just been able to slowly put my name out there to show people how much love I have for baking.
I have not been able to bake due to building my life in my new home with the love of my life. I have been making cookies a lot more recently for my co workers and have already sold some.
