From Meagan...As many of you know we laid my precious mother- Donna Roberts (founder and creative genius to Pink Cow Cookies) to rest just shy of two weeks ago. It has filled my heart in a way words could not explain how many of you have sent condolences by cards, flowers or by showing up as well as asked about honoring her memory by donating in her name to an organization near to her heart. THANK YOU to those who made donations directly to me thus far. I'll be adding it all in to make one final donation in her name. I've thought about and researched options for making this happen the smoothest and wasn't kean on the idea of GoFundMe or any fee based program. Since the the goal is solely for donation purposes it made sense to have donations be sent directly to Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine. This allows us to avoid additional fees and make sure the most money goes to the cause as possible. Over the years AU Vet School has helped my mom and stepfather greatly being a dog family of so many as EIGHT at one time (plus a cat or two) so I know my mom would be honored to know donations were being made in her name to such a worthy organization. Please don't forget to enter "Donna Roberts" as to who the donation is in memory of. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for all the love so many of you have sent my way these past few weeks! I'll be forever grateful.
