What will be happening at Ruby’s this weekend ? I will have peeled peaches from Lane’s Fort Valley Ga. They will be soaked in a bit of lemon juice and sugar. Some homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls, fresh farm produce: yellow squash, zucchini, bell pepper, green tomatoes, pole beans and some sweet bicolor corn. Ruby’s will have local red plums, fresh shelled white & speckled butterbeans, pinkeye peas, some Fort Valley peaches In this weekend. Saturday May 16th, Ruby’s will be open 8am til 1pm. I will have old fashion pan fried sweet corn and blackberry peach doobie., only the kind that my grandma Ella and mama Ruby made. Come on bye grab a dish, guaranteed to love It ! Then you will know what baby-bear meant when he said, “ mmmm Just right “!

Because of all the rain that The Good Lord has blessed our land with today, Ruby’s will be closed til 4pm on Wednesday 5/13th. Ruby’s will be located at The Quincy Fl. Health Dept. From 8:30am til 3pm. I will be working with The WIC program this year 5/2026 to 10/2026. I will be carrying farm fresh produce to this location and Health Department on Old Bainbridge Rd. Quincy on Mondays and the 2nd Wednesday’s In each month and Tuesday’s on Old Bainbridge Road. So I will See you there or at Ruby’s during our open hours. Open most Wednesdays, Thursdays thro Friday a most Saturdays 9am til 3pm. Call before coming or check out my face page. 850-815-2845 !

Ruby’s menu for next week: Wednesday thro Friday 5/11-5/13/2026. Fresh stir fry veggies to jump start our summer and get rid of a little weight.
