I am excited about Visiting my sweet
Little sugar foot for a couple of days this week. Ruby’s will be closed on Wednesday 6/17 & 6/18th, but I will see you all on Friday right after my Old Bainbridge Rd farmers market from 7:30 am til 11am. Also open most Saturday’s am 8am til about 2pm, but not this Saturday, “It’s The Watermelon Festival” in Monticello Florida. Friday & Saturday 6/19-6/20th yall have FUN. Ruby’s will See yall soon.

Halleluia ! Fresh peas are in at Ruby’s. Last weeks peas are in the freezer and ready for the pot. White & speckled butter beans, pinkeyes and this week end our first TOP PICK (white acres). Stop by Ruby’s and try out our Ice cold summer soup (Gazpacho). Next Saturday 6/20/26 drop by and sample some of our HomeCanning preserves & Jams, try it on our very own homemade sourdough bread. Try it with or without Cream cheese. Mmmmm mmm it’s gonna be good. (9am til 1pm)

What will be happening at Ruby’s this weekend ? I will have peeled peaches from Lane’s Fort Valley Ga. They will be soaked in a bit of lemon juice and sugar. Some homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls, fresh farm produce: yellow squash, zucchini, bell pepper, green tomatoes, pole beans and some sweet bicolor corn. Drop by and grab some or call/text If you need to order more a day or two before coming 850-815-2845 Rosa. Wednesday & Thursday 9am til 5pm Friday 2pm til 6pm. Friday / Saturday June 19-20 is The Watermelon Festival in Monticello Fl. Ruby’s Closed !

Ruby’s will have local red plums, fresh shelled white & speckled butterbeans, pinkeye peas, some Fort Valley peaches In this weekend. Bakery: try our homemade sourdough cinnamon rolls, pies and breads. Saturday May 16th, Ruby’s will be open 8am til 1pm. I will have old fashion pan fried sweet corn and blackberry peach doobie., only the kind that my grandma Ella and mama Ruby made. Come on bye grab a dish, guaranteed to love It ! Then you will know what baby-bear meant when he said, “ mmmm Just right “!
