Mini batches, major color. 👩‍🍳🎨

Unboxing a little color therapy this week. I recently treated myself to a major haul of master elite powders and gel from TheSugarArt.com , and I couldn't wait to test them out.

First up: these incredibly vibrant mini macarons featuring Turquoise Waters and Flamingo. The saturation is absolutely unmatched, and seeing them on these tiny shells is everything. Meet Dragonfruit Cassis—tart blackcurrant meets bold tropical fruit. 🐉✨

This color! Watch the magic happen as we build this glossy ganache. We’re using freeze-dried dragonfruit powder and cassis powder for that gorgeous hue, plus a splash of the new dragonfruit extract to really elevate the flavor profile.
