A little kitchen experiment today yielded these bad boys. I present… Coffee Cake Mega Cookies!

These cookies are filled and topped with a cinnamon streusel, chocolate chips and pecan pieces.

They make the perfect dessert… or breakfast with a big cup of coffee!

Macarons. So simple. Yet so complex. That’s what makes them so much fun to make! You just don’t know what you are going to get until it’s all said and done. I used a new colorant in this batch and I know I need to up it by A LOT next time. But pale as they are, they are still delicious 🤤

I saw on Instagram that my favorite treat spot in all of WDW, karamel kuche, had these amazing sounding cookie sandwiches. Naturally, I had to make my own version at home.

Soft ginger cookies, filled with freshly whipped cream and homemade salted caramel. 🤤

Remember eating those peanut butter blossom cookies? I don’t know about you, but I always wanted the chocolate to be more apart of the cookie.

So I made my own version of them as a NY style peanut butter cookie, full of peanut butter chips and milk chocolate chips.

I may be a bit cookie obsessed 🤪

Sadly, Spring Break has come to an end. But I couldn’t let it go without one more Spring Bake :)

These giant cookies are filled with Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips, Biscoff cookie crumbles and a gooey cookie butter center!

A yummy end to a fun week with loads of time for experimental baking ❤️

Unintentional science experiment in the kitchen today.

Both were baked from the same batch of batter, at the same time, on the same rack!

I have learned today, that while cool, silicon isn’t always the best option 😂

So I whipped up a quick pumpkin pie to celebrate, because, pie 😉
