What is this you might ask?? It was suppose to be biscotti. Something I have made so many times and it just wasn’t working. It just kept coming out burnt and flat.

This just goes to show that even the most experienced bakers have off moments where things just fail. Instead of giving up, I made another batch of dough and tried again. The next one was perfect!

Baking is such a science. Sometimes things go wrong. Never give up!!!
