✨🐇 Hey everybody! I know it’s been a little while since I’ve updated here — but as I shared back in May, we’ve been working diligently to create a way to bring YOU to the farm.

We’re beyond thankful to the Lord for opening this door and making a longtime dream possible. It’s with so much joy that we finally introduce Goose & Gingham Mercantile 🪿💛 — our little farm store in the making!

From the moment you walk in, you’ll be greeted by our bunny garden at the entrance 🐰🌿, and inside you’ll find shelves stocked with everything you could dream of in a farm store:
🥖 Sourdough starter kits & rustic loaves
👕 Cozy quilted shirts
🪿 Goose & Gingham merch — including our exclusive candle scent & car diffuser
🕯️ Hand-poured candles & soaps
🍓 Homemade jams & jellies
✨ And so much more!

And because y’all know my heart for the old and the charming, we’ll also have buy-it-now antique and vintage décor finds tucked in with all the new goods.

Hey everybody! Super long time no see. We’ve had so many people reaching out and inquiring with us lately, I figured it was time for a farm update 🪿 💕

#1 • farming is our whole heart BUT we have decided this is something we want to pursue as a family hobby and not a “business.” When we originally announced our mobile petting zoo, we had not found out baby number 2 was on his way. Long story short, life happens, things change, and our family came first before a mobile petting zoo. Pregnancy & postpartum definitely slowed me down - not to mention we took on a full time job when purchasing another company back in january. When our baby was born, we never really felt like we wanted to get back into that aspect of farming. With that being said, we have no plans for any future petting zoo opportunities with our animals, however, we are working diligently on our property each day so that we can welcome people here for photography opportunities & a farm stand later this year. All of our animals are well and growing each day! Our Highland Cow, Moe, Is about double the size compared to this time last year 🤩 i thank you all so much to those who have reached out to me about visiting us, etc.

#2 • I’ve had several reach out to me about sourdough! I currently am not taking any orders for loaves but I do have some sourdough starter kits available if you are interested that comes with 30g of my very established starter, feeding guide, and a no fail basic loaf recipe for $12. I have porch pickup options in Ellijay & Talking Rock. If i have any fresh baked extras they will be posted on our page. We should also have chicks & started pullets available from time to time through out the summer. 🐥

A fresh loaf of pepperoni pizza & regular sourdough went out this morning! Message us your custom orders!! We have regular, pepperoni pizza, jalapeño cheddar (fresh from our garden), and cinnamon swirl!

We also have plenty of Farm Fresh Eggs available! $5 a dozen! All are large/XL eggs. Porch pickup or local delivery available. Message us or shoot me a text to place your orders!! 706-515-5545

Hey everyone!🩵 we just wanted to hop on and let you know that we are back to baking weekly and are actively taking orders again! I had to slow down for a few weeks but I’m so happy to be going again! If you’d like to get a loaf or two, send me a message. Right now I’m offering regular & jalapeño cheddar loaves! 🥖 🙂

We also have • FARM FRESH EGGS • available daily. I currently have 6 dozen available and we restock daily. These are partially washed and refrigerated so that they last you longer!

We do porch pickup or local delivery!

Been a while since I checked in with everyone! We are still whipping up some amazing sourdough loaves - life has just gotten the best of me and I’ve forgotten to post here! I’m still accepting orders - my first availability is the week of March 25th, let me know if you’d like to get on the list!

Update: SOLD OUT! I appreciate you all soooo much! I’ll restock next week 🐐❤️

We have some goat milk soap available! These bars are made with all natural ingredients and milk from local goats 🐐 ❤️ the massage bars are made with raw local honey 🍯 they all smell heavenly and we are so happy to finally share with you all! Let us know if we can get you a bar!!!! I have very limited quantities this time around, but will have more coming VERY soon!

Hey everyone! I apologize for the lack of posting these last couple of weeks! We are so thankful for all the orders we have gotten and can’t wait to keep making delicious sourdough for everyone!

🥖 I have availability for loaves (you pick quantity and flavor) on Tuesday 2/6 and Thursday 2/8! Let me know if you’d like to place an order. 🥖

🩵 We also will have (3) spots for sourdough starter available tomorrow if you’d like to get into making your own bread at home - and plenty of availability for this any day next week! Each jar of starter comes with my PDF guide of caring for your starter, along with a traditional loaf recipe! 🩵

Goat milk soap is being packaged today and after we get the orders on our waiting list filled, I will post the extras here for you all to see! Our farm baskets are coming this weekend as well - they include half a dozen eggs, one goat milk soap bar, one goat milk massage bar, a crochet coaster, and a loaf of sourdough (your choice of traditional or jalapeño cheddar!) 🐐 🩵
