I’ve had a hard ass summer.
I’ve been stuck in a blindsiding grief processing stage for a couple months now and I’m trying to stick my toe back in the waters of the land of the living.
With that being said- my personal push this August is to regain some normalcy to my routines, so I can find my way back to the joy of the kitchen.
I’m baking some 4x4 cheesecakes ( 4” wide/ 4” tall )
I’ve got salted Carmel topped, glazed cherries or espresso dark chocolate.
I’ll bake off a dozen this week and top them according to clientele intrest.
They’re $25 each and serve 4-8.
It’s Thursday and this batch of creamy, dense, rich and tender cheesecake will be available for pick up Saturday August 10th.

I’m heart broken and healing still, but I’m trying my damndest to dig deep within and choose the more joyful feeling,
