Pumpkin-Turkey Chili

1 15oz can of puréed pumpkin
1 cup sliced mixed peppers
1 2oz can of diced green chilies
1/2 tablespoon diced garlic
1/2 cup craisins
3 pounds of turkey thigh meat roasted
1 pound ground turkey
6 turkey sausages
1 tablespoon of chili powder
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar

Spinach nuggets

INGREDIENTS
Nutrition
2 (16 ounce) package frozen
chopped spinach, cooked,
2 cups almond flour
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups shredded cheese
5 large eggs
1/2 tablespoon salt

DIRECTIONS
Heat oven to 375F.
1. Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil and set aside.
2. Combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
3. Scoop mixture on to baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, turn nuggets over cook 15 more minutes. Serve
