The bounty of fall is upon us and this trio of buns really captures the beauty of the season.

Meet our little throuple! 🧡🧡🧡

Pumpkin Pecan- pillowy soft pumpkin-infused dough, warm spices and a crunch candied pecan topping.

Apple Cinnamon - fresh local roasted apples, rich cinnamon filling , buttered top sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.

Pear Custard- cardamom infused dough, with a cardamom filling, with a dollop of homemade vanilla custard and local pear compote.

Come see us tomorrow at the Proctor Farmers' Market - it will be a beautiful day!

Looks like another perfect autumn day at the Proctor Farmers' Market tomorrow. Please stop by for some buns to eat with your coffee tomorrow! Is there anything better than that combo???!!!

In addition to our pumpkin pecan and apple cinnamon seasonal buns, we’ll also have our new pear custard buns. Come give them a try and let us know what you think!

Fall markets are the best! Come hang with us at the Proctor Farmers' Market - we got the buns and there’s so much more!

The first fall seasonal bun is here- Apple Cinnamon really makes you feel the coziness of the season!

Apple bun time is here! We are so lucky to be able to find farm fresh and local WA apples right here at the Proctor Farmers' Market !

Our apple buns are the perfect hint that fall is coming! (But not quite here!) They remind us of cooler nights, leaves starting to change color and a cozy rain. For this seasonal bun, we use our cardamom infused dough, rich cinnamon filling, slowly roasted sliced apples and to finish we brush on a tiny bit of butter and roll them in a light sprinkle of cinnamon and sugar.

Come by the market tomorrow for a taste! It is also the last week of blackberry buns and rhubarb custard! ❤️

Happy Birthday, Ashley! We love having you with us on our bake days. You are always cheerful and positive and never complain- you don’t even complain about how much we complain! (Maybe you should?)

We hope this year brings all the fun and all the happiness imaginable- just make sure you do all the things now before the AI apocalypse! 🤪

Waffles for Teachers!

How is it September!? Even though we’re all hoping for some more summery days ahead, it’s inevitable that we’re moving into the next season.

Parents may be excited about their kids starting school next week, but we wonder how teachers are feeling! To ease their abrupt start to another crazy year, we are bringing back our tradition of offering free waffles for teachers and para educators - while supplies last.

Come see us this Saturday! Looks like it’ll be a little cool and cloudy but dry!

How is August almost over!?

We wonder if we can all collectively decide that we’re going to hold on to the feeling of summer a little longer this year. Longer days, less responsibilities, more time for family and friends, more time for spontaneity and discovery. Even if it is a little cooler and even if the rain comes to visit a little more, we think there are ways to keep that summer vibe present throughout the year!

What are some ways that you all do that?
