When my client came into the shop and showed me this cake design, I got a little nervous… not because of the cake itself, but because buttercream roses are definitely not my specialty. 😅🌹 Since the roses were the main focus of the cake, I knew I couldn’t mess them up!
After lots of practice, I think we finally made it happen. ✨ And not only was this cake beautiful, it was SO delicious too! A “Beso de Ángel” flavor: tres leches, flan, and red velvet with cream cheese… super delicious! 🎂
My client was so happy when she saw the final result, and that made all the practice worth it. 🤍
