Browned butter is my culinary kryptonite. And I’m a teensy bit obsessed with it. It elevates the flavor of everything. HOWEVER….if you’re trying to un-big your back by summer you can always opt for a healthier alternative and request your order be made with browned clarified butter (ghee) salt free. Just let me know when placing your order.

I’m also working on some gluten free alternatives as well!
