📌 CUSTOM COOKIE ORDERING INFO 📌

here is the most current ordering information that should answer most questions regarding placing an order. also, after 5 years, I decided it was time to update my logo! 😍

these prices are updated and have been slightly raised (I haven’t raised prices in 2 years and inflation is killing me with butter & eggs 😅)

if you’ve already placed an order and paid in full or paid a deposit, then the old pricing will still apply to your order.

if you’d like to place a custom order, please reach out to me via messenger. if you don’t get a response, please send another message. sometimes I don’t get notifications, and sometimes a message will just slip through the cracks.. so please feel free to reach out to me again if you don’t hear from me after a day or so.

if you have any questions, please let me know. please note that the minimum order for custom cookies is 1 dozen.

Beginning January 1st, 2020, all custom cookie orders/cake orders placed will require a non-refundable 25% deposit upon booking. This does not apply to classic cookies or other non decorated items. I have had so many cancellations lately, which is not fair to clients who wanted a spot for the same day, but I had to turn them away due to already being fully booked. I have also had confusion with order inquiries but not actually securing a date; so this way it ensures that if you specify a date and pay the deposit, your order will be placed and completed. I did not want to require payment upfront, especially for smaller orders, because I do understand that things happen and circumstances don’t always work out. However, I want to minimize confusion and keep this process as professional as possible. Also, this is my full time gig, so I have to take all of that into consideration when making business decisions. I hope you all will understand. I am so grateful for all of the support so far, and I pray that support will continue for years to come. Thank you all for allowing me to do what I love!!!!
