Missing Piece Bakery Our mission is to create high quality, made from scratch,
edible works of art for any occasion! Ace was diagnosed with autism at the age of 2.

Baking has always been a passion for me, ever since I was a little girl baking alongside of my mom. At the age of 12 my aunt taught me the basics of cake decorating which as I grew up and had my first son, Ace, I liked to make each of his birthday cakes with the skills that I learned. Having worked as a floral designer at Flowers By Debbie for a number of years, a distant cousin had asked me to ar

range the flowers for the wedding and was then asked to make their wedding cake which was one of my first wedding cakes to create. The cake was loved by all in attendance! The bride referred numerous friends and family members to me to make cakes for various occasions. Orders kept rolling in and my husband, Tanner said it’s time to make the business official! November 2016 Missing Piece Bakery was created! The business name Missing Piece Bakery, was created by bringing together my love of baking and personal experience of autism.
