It’s a very chilly morning on the river, we haven’t seen this much ice in recent years.
I love how it looks, I love how good it feels to be out enjoying nature and how good the cool crisp air makes me feel.
This is my journaling spot but not these days, I miss it!

I didn’t make much PIE in January but I did embrace winter with some wonderful women. I had so much fun Skiing, Showshoeing, going to my first Patriots game, Walking the Cliffwalk, Walking along the River, and a Birthday Celebration for my two favorite boys.

I’m limiting what I typically bring due to the forecast, if the forecast
changes I’ll up my baking.
This time of year I’ve have found savory pies sell well,
much better that sweet pies so my offerings will be heavier
on the savory side.
It’s hard to predict what to bring on a good day, on a rainy day??
