I've been talking about trying a garlic parm pizza dough for a while now, and I finally did it! 🧄🧀🍕

I made a test pizza this morning and it turned out so good that I decided to roll with it. (Yes the kids and I had pizza for breakfast 🤣)

The garlic is subtle, the parmesan adds great flavor, and it makes a delicious crust.

A few garlic parm pizza doughs will be available at Sutherlin Drug this afternoon if you'd like to give them a try! 🤎

Well — I dropped off 20 loaves early this afternoon, and there are only 7 left this evening! You guys are amazing 🥹

What’s left:
• 4 Chocolate Chip
• 1 Plain Jane
• 1 Everything Cheddar (sooo yummy 🤤)
• 1 Garlic Parm
I also brought cookies, and they’re already gone!!

More exciting news — we now have sourdough croutons! 🥗✨ I dropped off some croutons along with brownies and granola bars this evening, and I’ll be doing another drop on Wednesday.

✨ Meet the Baker ✨

Hi friends! I'm Alysa, the baker behind Sweet Jane's Sourdough.

Sweet Jane is named after my daughter, Averie Jane. I've been baking sourdough for about 3 years and started selling it after sharing loaves with neighbors in Sweet Home who encouraged me to turn it into a business.

My favorite loaf is Sun-Dried Tomato Basil, and my least favorite part of baking is definitely washing dishes (thank goodness for my husband 😅).

I'm a stay-at-home mom of two, and one of the things I love most about this business is being able to stay home with my babies while doing something I enjoy. I also love getting to share my bread with this community and hearing from all of you.

A few fun facts:
• My hubby and I have been together since middle school 💞
• I love spending time with my horse
• I'm a Type 1 diabetic, and sourdough is the only bread that doesn't spike my blood sugar like other breads do

A verse that encourages me every day is Philippians 4:13:
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."
