I recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance. Please keep in mind that sugar decorations (such as bows, flowers, etc.) I am always willing to work with my customers so feel free to contact me if in doubt, but the

advanced bookings are appreciated! To reserve your date a 25% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the reserved date. If the remaining balance is not received the order will be considered null and void and the deposit forfeited. Changes after final payment is received can not be accepted. Payment can be accepted in cash or through Paypal. Delivery fees are quoted upon request. Baked goods can be heavy and require appropriate presentation planning as well as appropriate temperature for storage and presentation. A sturdy table and an environment out of direct sunlight that is 75 degrees Fahrenheit or lower are preferred. The customer assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition of the baked goods once they leave possession of The Sugar Sunflower Bakery representatives.

We know many of you have been keeping an eye on the wildfire smoke, and we’re happy to share that conditions are beginning to improve. The 6th Annual Falls Lavender Fest is still on for 7/18, 10-4 pm at Village Park and we’re looking forward to a wonderful Saturday together! 💜🪻

If anything changes, we’ll post updates on the Falls Lavender Fest page and will communicate directly with our vendors.
