Time to wake up Condi Riceflour my gluten free sourdough starter 🤩

Madeleine Doughbrite is also waking up today. I noticed she took longer to bloom. They can be different just be patient. I gave her a hot water bath and mixed a couple extra times before she was ready for feeding.

Dehydrating and Rehydrating your starter 🤩

Take the mystery out you got this! Spread active starter onto parchment and let it air dry completely with loose parchment on top for cover. (Be mindful if you’re doing gluten free to not have anything else happening in your kitchen during this part)

Beautiful weather, great music, book and record store trips … and of course Love touring bakeries, it’s so inspiring to feel and taste other flavors and to support the craft💗 COMMUNAL COFFEE & the location in South Park… the everything bagel w/ herbed cream cheese was so nice I had to have it twice 🤩 Secret Sister has THE best olive oil & citrus cake it’s a must or you’re missing out 😁 good vibes thank you!
