36 years ago, my life was rearranged. This 7lb gift appeared in the early morning and a new path in my journey was carved. His frowny little smile melted away any fears or doubts and I knew we were going to be more than alright. I grew up that day. I became mommy to my 3rd son and advocate to many. God is so good! He had this all figured out from the start. I'm so proud to be his mom! Happy birthday Spencer!

I continue to advocate on a much greater platform for individuals with disabilities and I am honored to be in the presence of such greatness!  Research indicates that 97% of individuals with Down Syndrome, love their life and are fulfilled!

If the whole world had Down Syndrome, there would be no malice, discrimination, or cruelty, only grace, authenticity and unsurpassed joy!
 I love you, Spencer and I thank God every day that He chose me for you!!
