Homemade vegan chocolate chip banana bread 🍞
Easy, simple and delicious recipe!

** nondairy
** no eggs

** 6 simple ingredients!!
- 4 ripe Bananas
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Make sure to bake at 350 degrees
Bake for 30 min or until fully cooked and golden

**co**ha’s are sweet bread with a sugar crumble on top. The original colors you will see is white (vanilla), brown (chocolate), yellow and pink (vanilla with color). The ones I made are vanilla and chocolate with experimenting with different colors!**

***Did you know that co**ha’s are actually originated from Europe. The chefs were influenced by the French and made their own creations. Also the word co**ha means shell in Spanish, reason for naming the pan dulce, co**ha’s was because of the beautiful designs that are made on top of the bread.***
