I enjoyed trying out a new-to-me technique as we as mixing and matching different techniques creating this chic one of a kind cake. This cake features a favorite vanilla cake and vanilla swiss buttercream.

I am so excited how this came out! Probably the most technical cake I've ever had the pleasure of doing! Carrot cake with cream cheese filling and coated with a vanilla swiss buttercream. Finished it with fondant, airbrushed gold with personalized edible images and gold leaf. So glad I was encouraged to do it and so proud of how it came out.
