Hello from Vermont 🍁🍂

10/08/2026

No bread on the work table this week.

It has been a wonderful season at the Barker's Island Farmers' Market
Your support and the friendships I have made are so amazing.
Thank you doesn't seem like enough.
The market runs through the end of October.
But, it's time for me to travel a bit.
I'm off to Vermont for a few weeks.

It's Dough Day! This is my favorite part of Sourdough. Shaping and listening to those bubbles squish. Can you hear them?
I'm not an influencer, I had to beg my son to film me. 🤣🍞

60 more loafs to go....
