🙌🏻 Today is a sourdough day! I will also be making bagels! If you would like to order a loaf of sourdough or a pack of bagels, I can have it ready for pickup tomorrow! 😁

Bagel toppings can be:

• cheddar jalapeño
• cheddar
• everything bagel

💡Did you know once you freeze a loaf of sourdough bread, you can run in under water and pop it directly on the oven rack at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Doing this actually makes the crust crispy again and it tastes like it was fresh baked! You simply pull it out and let it thaw before running under water and baking.

If you want to bake from frozen, just run it under the water and place it directly on the oven rack for about 15-20 minutes or until center is no longer frozen.
