Happy birthday Quentin Soubra!! 🎉🤗 This is an army-themed vanilla birthday cake with vanilla cake and buttercream and decorated with homemade brownies, chocolate decorations, buttercream, and ferrero rochers. 🥄 I wasn't sure what theme to make this cake have but I remembered having a conversation with him about him joining the military. Happy (late) birthday Lucas Soubra !! 🎉 I got asked to make a chocolate cake, so I made the most chocolatey chocolate cake! 🎂🍪🍫 This is a chocolate cake frosted with whipped milk chocolate ganache, and decorated with ganache drips, a chocolate 17 sign, cookies, donuts, and all sorts of chocolates! 🥄 This cake was so much fun to make, and especially to decorate. It gave me so much liberty on how I wanted this cake to look!

Frappucino eclairs! Good for chocolate and coffee lovers! ☕🍫 A simple pate-a-choux filled with chocolate and coffee pastry cream, and decorated with a chocolate glaze and vanilla whipped cream. 🥄 I made these for my best friend's birthday. I know her and her family really like french cooking and especially french pastries. So, I decided, what better pastry to make for her than eclairs! They are a classic french dessert everyone loves!
