Hi everyone! I’m having some troubles accessing my business Facebook account on my new phone I just got, so after I trade this device in I will not have access to this account any more for the time being until I can hopefully get this figured out.
There is apparently no Facebook contact support anymore and every time I try to log in on my new phone it says my password is incorrect and doesn’t give me the option to change the password. I have two factor authentication set up, my email, everything, but it won’t give me the options. It’s becoming very stressful but I guess I’ll just have to accept this.
I really don’t want to lose anyone’s business, I’ve worked really hard on this page and love doing this for you guys, so please follow me on Instagram (shaescakes_) to see posts for the time being until I can hopefully get this figured out.
