September Menu! So happy to be healthy and back in the kitchen after having covid twice in one month (and losing my taste and smell completely) 😫 Feels so good to be able to taste croissants again!!!
***SUNSET PICKUP will be on THURSDAY, SEPT 25 and LAFAYETTE PICKUP will be on FRIDAY, SEPT 26***
Excited to add chocolate chip croissants to the menu--it allows me to incorporate more chocolate than the standard pain au chocolat, plus it feels kind of cheeky and American to mix it up like this.

Step 1 of croissant making: whack some extremely high-fat butter into a square 💪🏼. I need to update my menu—my croissants and pain au chocolat will now be made with European butter instead of organic butter, though all other ingredients will remain organic. The lower fat content of the organic American-style butter just wasn’t sufficient for flaky croissants with an open crumb!
