Today tried 's focaccia recipe with 89% hydration.
Loved the entire process of making this lovely bread. Especially, the part where the dough was being all airy and jiggly while it was proofing was fun to watch.
Sorry for the shabby pics.
It turned out so soft, tasty and yummy that we couldn't wait to click pics. We just had to eat it! Lol!
