Been on a long hiatus with the stove not working .
On the good side, we finally ordered a new stove/oven and should be starting to get back into the swing of setting up soon.

I also take custom orders.

Don't worry sourdough will soon be back~

I strive to make everything from scratch. Even my pie crust is hand made

The flour I use is unenriched and non bleached.

Real butter and eggs. No hydrogenated oils and or seed oils. No soy, no corn syrup.

It's with a sad heart that I have to announce this,

We had to lay to rest both of our sourdough starters, Doug and his son dill dough baggins due to this excessive heat we are having in Tennessee. They both have given us some lovely loaves...

So for now we are not advertising sourdough til our next starter matures... In the mean time we offer yeast breads, cookies, brownies and are open to custom orders.
