IMPORTANT UPDATE ‼️

UPDATE AS OF FRIDAY MORNING: SQUARE SYSTEMS AND CARD TRANSACTIONS APPEAR TO BE BACK UP AND RUNNING! YAY!

As of this late afternoon, small businesses NATIONWIDE (including ours) were impacted by an outage with their payment processing company, Square

This outage made accepting card payments for their shops not possible.

Small businesses are awaiting resolution from Square, but in the meantime, to reduce the impact from this disruption, we’re embracing good ol’ greenbacks! 💵

PLEASE bring along CASH for your pastry and coffee orders with us today. ☕️

Project Update:

Hi, friends! Now that the outdoor signage for The Boyer Cafe was officially installed, we know many of you have been driving down Bell Road wondering and curious as to WHEN we finally get to open our doors!

We won’t bore you with ALL the strenuous details, but to make a long story short, our project hit a speed bump, due to unforeseen construction circumstances, out of our control.

Everything was coming along nicely, as we were nearing the final build out stage of our project, and upon a scheduled county inspection, it was discovered, that our firewall needed to be brought up to code, and wasn’t so from the previous Starbucks. This required a PAUSE in the project, as we worked with our local fire marshall to revise and resubmit new plans to the county. They did not allow any further work to be done in the space until approval was received.

We are happy to share that after that delay in progress, we are NOW able to finish the last phase of build-out!

Closing up of that wall, tiling, millworking and more have been in the works and installed!

Things are coming together! We know it will all be worth the wait.
