The Pineapple Cottage Bakery

The Pineapple Cottage Bakery At The Pineapple Cottage Bakery we are dedicated to giving you handcrafted products baked to perfect I grew up in the bakery world.

My grandparents baked fresh bread in their sub shop, which is where my dad learned how to make bread. My dad later began his bakery at the age of 21 and is still in business 30 years later. I was born into the bakery life, but for me there was something more to it than just baking. I love having the gift to bring people together and creating baked goods that are enjoyed by all. What I want to give

to my customers is the joy of gathering people without the hassle and mess that it can bring. The name "The Pineapple Cottage Bakery" came from a couple different things I love. The Pineapple is the symbol of hospitality, which is something I am passionate about. Cottage is the warmth and coziness I want the bakery to have someday when we have a standing location. My husband came up with this name knowing these are two things I love and after a lot of names I thought of and did not like, I knew this name was the one.

Our story

I come from a line of bakers. My grandparents baked fresh bread in their sub shop over 50 years ago. That little shop is where my dad learned how to bake bread at the young age of 5. My dad later began his own bakery at the age of 21 and is still in business 30 years later. For many summers, my dad took me to work with him at his bakery. I learned how to make my own bread, how to work the dough line, how to know when the dough was ready to proof, how to proof bread, and how to know when it is done baking.

I grew up in the bakery world, but for me it has always been about more than just baking and business. I love the joy of bringing people together and creating specialty products for everyone to enjoy. I want to share with my customers the joy of gathering people around a dinner table to enjoy all-natural, homemade foods without the hassle and mess. All of my products are made with local honey and eggs, real butter, and quality ingredients.

The name "The Pineapple Cottage Bakery" came from a couple things I love. The pineapple is the symbol of hospitality, a gift that is very close to my heart. The cottage symbolizes the warmth and coziness I want my customers to feel every time they bite into one of my homemade baked goods. My husband came up with this name, and I knew it was the perfect fit. I am pleased to have you as a customer. I take pride in my products. Please check out the latest seasonal menu on my page.
