A little chocolate, a little pistachio, and a whole lot of love went into this special birthday cake! 💚🤎 And, of course, I couldn’t leave out a little personal touch with a fondant dachshund🐾🐶

Happy Birthday, Kathy! ❤️ You are truly one of the sweetest, most selfless, and kind-hearted people I know. I hope your day is filled with so much love, laughter, and happiness because you deserve every bit of it and more! 🥹💕

One of the things I’m most grateful for with Littleton Delights is getting the opportunity to make sure EVERYONE can have a special birthday cake. 💛🎂

Dietary restrictions shouldn’t mean missing out on something sweet for your celebration! This beauty is a diabetic-friendly butter cake with sugar-free buttercream frosting, made especially so Nykki could enjoy her birthday cake, too. And those buttercream roses! 🌹✨

It truly means so much when someone trusts me to create something that fits their dietary needs while still making their day feel extra special.

Happy Birthday, Nykki! 🥳💛 I hope your day is just as sweet as you are!

✨ A QUICK NOTE ABOUT AI-GENERATED CAKE DESIGNS ✨

I absolutely LOVE when you send me inspiration for your cakes! It helps me understand the theme, colors, style, and overall look you’re dreaming of. ❤️

However, with the rise of AI-generated cake images, I want to remind everyone that not every cake you see online is a real cake. AI can create beautiful designs that may include decorations, textures, structures, or details that aren’t physically possible to recreate exactly with cake, icing, fondant, or other edible materials.

If you send me an AI-generated image as inspiration, I’m more than happy to use it as a starting point and create my own real-life version while staying as close as reasonably possible to the overall look and feel.

🍰 Please keep in mind:
• AI images are inspiration, not a guarantee of an exact replica.
• Colors, textures, decorations, proportions, and finishes may vary.
• Some AI-generated elements may need to be changed or substituted to make the cake structurally sound and food-safe.
• Every cake I make is handmade, which means it will have its own unique character. ❤️

My goal is always to create something beautiful, delicious, and special for your celebration — while also being transparent about what can realistically be created in the kitchen.

Thank you for trusting Littleton Delights to be part of your special moments! 🎂🧁💕

Real baker. Real ingredients. Real cake. Made with love. ❤️
