I just can’t get enough of this cake. I’m going to have a teenager in the morning. His request was death by chocolate. Challenge accepted. Dark chocolate cake layers drenched a in a chocolate simple syrup, each layer covered in a chocolate fudge filling and chocolate chips, slathered in chocolate frosting, chocolate ganache and chocolate curls and of course blue sprinkles. I’m sure it’ll be so rich it’ll feed 40 people.

I’ve decided I don’t post enough cookies! We’re heading into cookie season so there will be more coming your way. These swig inspired cookies are some of my favorite cookies. Next up, my famous macarons. Here we have some salted caramel macs and some cream cheese macs. I need some ideas for flavors for my Christmas boxes of macarons, I’m open to some of your favorites and suggestions.
